Order & Returns
You can log into your account and view the “My Orders” section, or use the tracking link sent to your email/SMS after the order is shipped.
Order modifications (changing item, or address) are only possible within 1–2 hours after purchase. Please contact our support team immediately.
Delays may occur due to high order volume or courier issues. Use your tracking link for updates or reach out to support for assistance.
All items purchased online can be returned within 14 days without any hassle. In case of return without a defect, the shipping cost of the return has to borne by the customer.

Visiting our Showroom
You can visit us at our Perth showroom where we have over 3000 rugs, some of which are also available online.
No appointment required during business hours Monday, Thursday and Saturday 10:30am to 4:30pm.
However, if you would like to visit at other times or book in for a remote consultation please contact us via email.
